Annual ClaryA beautiful plant for flowerbeds that also bings an extra flavour in the kitchen. Used like sage; the petals are excellent in salads and desserts. Can also be dried for tea. A sweet, attractive plant, suitable for borders and pots. Sowing indoors: March – May. Broadcast sow; do not cover the seeds with soil. Pinch back the plants for a bushier habit. Harvest: Blooms July – October.
