Farfugium is a genus of evergreen perennials in the family Asteraceae, native to streams and seashores in east Asia. They are rhizomatous plants with rounded leathery leaves and bright yellow flowers that bloom in autumn and winter (November to December).

Water: Medium · Height: 80 cm · Soil: Suitable for light (sandy), medium (loamy) and heavy (clay) soils. Prefers mildly acid, neutral and basic (mildly alkaline) soils. Prefers moist soil.
