Roman chamomile is a low-growing herbaceous perennial in the Asteraceae (daisy) family, native to Europe and western Asia. It produces fragrant white daisy-like flowers with yellow disk centers that bloom from summer into fall, and has finely dissected, evergreen foliage with a sweet, crisp, fruity and herbaceous fragrance.
