She has worked at Arley Hall & Gardens, at Systrarna Lindskogs in the Swedish riviera of Österlen and spends most of her waking hours planning gardens, counting seeds and thinking 3 seasons ahead (at least). I like to collect odd and unusual edible plants (for Sweden at least). Both annual and herbaceous. Along the way I try to learn how to use them to the fullest and the kitchengarden is bursting with all the glorious vege as we speek.

They are beautiful in their growth habit with their green foliage winding up toward the sky with a color that makes you happy and then come the bean pods! Hanging there with different shapes and colors, they give the green foliage that little bit extra! And finally! The harvest of the beautiful beans! It is just as exciting every time to open a dried bean pod. How did the color turn out? How many are there?
