Campanula poscharskyana is a semi-evergreen trailing perennial native to the Dinaric Alps, valued for its lavender-blue star-shaped flowers. The plant grows along the ground reaching 20–25 cm long, then grows upwards with flowers appearing about 10 cm above ground. Flowers bloom from mid-spring to early autumn, and the leaves (2.5–4.0 cm long) are edible year-round and can be added to salads.
